Sorry to hear of Lou’s passing. I worked for Lou at the City of Calgary after I graduated from SAIT from 1985 to 1987. He sure was a good boss, mentor and friend. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Lou and June were iconic in the local country music scene for decades. They were passionate about their country music to the complete delight of their many fans and friends. I’ll always remember spending evenings in their restaurant and enjoying Lou on Fiddle and June could sing and played a mean guitar. Just wonderful people and the memories live on.
God Bless you Lou. June has been waiting for her best friend to share another duet.
Love you both.
